Hey there! I’m Tiffany Lanier, Change + Wellbeing Keynote Speaker and facilitator. I’m on a mission to help individuals and organizations navigate change and support their wellbeing in the process.
I am fueled by the motto: Live Purposefully and Lead Consciously. Whether I am speaking to college students, entrepreneurs, creatives, community leaders or executives, I challenge my audience to clarify who they are and what they need for this season of their life, leadership or work. Past clients have referred to me as the “Queen of Clarity” and it stuck! My self-reflective approach will help your audience redefine what matters and will push them to put their wellbeing first so they can support their mental and emotional health in the midst of big change.
