Trust me, your morning matters.

In this video I get a little vulnerable and share with you what caused me to start creating a practice.

Creating healthy morning habits and rituals have changed every aspect of my life.

I am more grounded and connected emotionally, mentally, physically, spiritually and in my business. In today’s video, I share with you a little of my journey over the last 2 years and the 5 pillars that are the foundation to building a powerful morning practice.

Backstory to the 5 Pillars:

Back in May I was in my best friends living room in Chicago doing my morning practice. And although I was away from daughter for a few days, so I totally could have taken advantage of sleeping in, I felt compelled to do my morning rituals that I had been doing (and still do) every single day for the last year.

My best friend walked in on me and was like “I need to do whatever you’re doing. You look all peaceful and stuff.” 😂

And I started to think what am I doing? Like I know what I’m doing but how could I explain it to him in a structured manner (I’m all for teachable moments lol). Determined to create something he could follow, I came up with the 5 pillars that make up my morning practice.

Which are:

✔️Mindset
✔️Motivation
✔️Meditation
✔️Movement
✔️Mastery

Then I took it step further (Because I’m Tiffany) and decided to dig deeper to help you understand why these principles are important. And I didn’t want you to just take my word for it so I called back up and created an interview series with a few of my friends who just so happen to be experts in these areas.
